Or if we do get some new headset that it's drastically different from the iconic astro line in attempts to further merge it into the logitch infrastructure?

Jan 29, 2022 · Try this. Disconnect your basestation. Put a pin in the tiny hole in the bottom of the basestation. Open the Astro app on your PC. Keep the pin in while plugging the base into your PC. This should put it in boot loader mode. Astro app will give you a notice. This should let you reset abs reinstall firmware hopefully. Oh also this worked for me.

May 31, 2019 · Late to the party here but I think I found a solution. If you disconnect the headset from the base and toggle the power switch pit the headset back on the base then plug the usb in.
