Feb 11, 2021 · Well the thing is, the enemies are also blinded. All attacks against anyone in the cloud have disadvantage, but all attacks against anyone in the cloud also have advantage. So in summary, if everyone is Blind, no one is. In summary, Fog Cloud doesn’t negate Pack Tactics. It negates advantage in the most absolute sense.

Hiding your smells and sounds from your opponent becomes key to escape or attack with advantage (for one round as you give yourself away with the attack).

From the description, it reads like an environmental obstruction, which tends to be counterintuitive to my play style (i.e., direct to the point), but maybe I'm missing its potential.
